Postcode Not recognised

Everywhere on Sky it requires a postcode to login.  When i eneter it it says postcode not recognised.  This very annoying as I do have a sky acccount but looks like an email conflict but cant log on to rectify.  My sky account has my current post code so just dont understand why it cant find it

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Thanks so much I have lost the will to live on this I am now into mid thirties in terms of the number of calls I have made to sky on this

This could be related to an email address issue so hopefully the team here can help you so going forward you can talk to them via the chat bubble you should now see.

It was sent to you 10 minutes ago so should be at the bottom of the screen, you should also see a private message via the envelope at the top right of this screen about the chat.

If you can't see the bubble try using a different web browser.

Chat box still showing but it keeps repeating security questions and I know I have answered them correctly

It keeps asking me same question regarding my mothers maiden name and I answer  and it says its wrong when I know it is right

Refreshed screen and doesnt look like anyone is there
