Poor sky and rubbish

I'm not happy sky big time and very rude not lister me cos I am deaf told them get off everything box cos to higher bill can't afford it that why [Removed] me off big time that why and they are rip off cos when they cut off everything might pay bill no chance they are get people money all the time so is time quit this is rubbish not helping deaf people try them which they not lister waste my time for nothing. 😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎

@Tigerhots1979  If you've come to the ond of discounts Sky are not obliged to offer the same as the previous one, your disability in this matter is irrelevant and you should not be expecting better prices becuase of it.  

 

When you were paying the discounted rate you were happy with Sky? now that has ended they are poor & rubbish?  Simple option if you can't get a deal you're happy with is to look for alternative providers.

 

Refusing to pay your bill is the worse course of action  to take.

 

In any event the best team to speak to would be the accessibilty team, have you registered with them?  https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/
