Can I use a refer a friend code to get Stream if I already have broadband?

I have broadband and have not had Sky Q for many years. Can I use a friends referral code to get Stream, or would I be ineligible because I'm already a broadband customer or once had Q many years ago? Thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@MIDI  YFrom the info below if you're an existing broadband customer you wouldn't be eligible:

As a referrer, you’re eligible for a reward if your friend is a new customer subscribing to Sky Glass, Sky Broadband or Sky Stream, a new customer subscribing to Sky Glass, or a new or existing Sky customer subscribing to Sky Mobile for the first time.

For you and your friend to receive the reward, your friend must have joined using the unique referral link you’ve sent them directly and have paid their first bill.

If your friend has bought Sky Glass, Sky Broadband or Sky Stream and their services have been installed or they’ve activated their Sky Mobile account and SIM, you’ll both receive your reward two weeks after your friend's 31 day cooling off period.

Your friends or family must have set up a Sky account using their own payment details and, for Sky Live, Sky Glass, Sky Broadband or Sky Stream, they must also live at a different UK address to you.

You must only send the referral link to close friends and family. Please don’t spam. Before sharing the referral link with your friend or family member, ensure you have obtained their consent to receiving this type of marketing communication. Sending emails to people without consent is considered spam.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
