Moved home and sky not working.
Hi . My father in law has moved into some elderly apartmenst and needs help setting up his sky. I have tried to explain this to customer services and the help bot with no luck . I need an engineer but its not my account if that helps.

What Sky services does he subscribe to?
Did he arrange a Sky Home Move by contacting Sky, after confirming that the relevant services are allowed at his new address?

Hi . Yes the problem lies is that its an multi appartment block and according to the warden a sky engineer needs to go and turn on the accsss rights in some comms room.

That probably means you need an MDU engineer to fit new equipment there.
