Placing an order

Hi, I have been referred to sky by a friend but every time I try to check out my order it says " cannot complete due to technical  difficulties ", I have tried several times but it keeps coming up with this message,  it has even put a hard search on my credit score too !!! 

Any help would be great thanks ,

All you can do is to call Sky and also tell them that you have a refer a friend to see if they can put it through to you.
