Placing an order

I have recently placed an order through online I didn't received credit agreement so i waited for 2 days but still I didn't receive it so I called one of the customer support team after 1hr of waiting time I got into call and after referring 3 to 4 executives one asked me to cancel my order and asked me to place new order it costs me more still I disappointed received my credit agreement and I am still on same page where I started. I was on call like 2 hours but no solution and I paid twice in 2 days but no solution 

They don't know and don't care how to give solution for customers

Try using a different browser to set if you can then sign the credit agreement.
