I placed an order for Sky Broadband 3 days ago on Friday 11th. From using being a customer previously I expected to receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after, which has never arrived. Nor any other contact. It's possible I had a typo in providing the email address during the order. All I have is an account number that was displayed onscreen at the end of the order process.
I need to verify that the correct email address was used for the order, and amend it if necessary. None of the automated support systems on the site can handle this type of query. They are all geared towards existing users with active accounts.
Is there any way for someone in the process of joining Sky to make contact?

Resolved (ish).
I eventually found a Whatsapp method to contact Sky Support. I haven't made contact with a human yet, but its a start.
