Phone return

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 pro max replacing my old iPhone 15 pro. However after returning the phone and sky recieving the phone and finalising the upgrade. My bill for this new month has the phone added onto it still and my next bill has gone up by an additional £190 from my actual new expected bill.

This is correct @aidenCA4 because when you did the upgrade/swap it will have been explained that if you have anything still to pay off against it when you returned it then it will have been added to your next available bill so if you owed £190 then that is why it has increased so it will need to be paid in full on that bill.
