Cancel my subscription

You have been taking 9.99 per month for approx 6 months I don't want this subscription and never used it i also want a full refund

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Whats the £9.99 payment for?

Not using something does not qualify for a refund, if it's an add on that you didn't use that's down to you to cancel it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
