Phone call

I have received two VM's from Sky stating two different things;

Uh, hello, this is Wasan from the mobile case team. That is a case which has been open on your account. So for that reason we're trying to contact you. We try to ring you back tomorrow of your available. Please pick up the call. Thank you.…

Hello, this is Fazan from the scam mobile case team. There is a case which has been open on your account for that reason we tried to call you. Uh we'll try the next time on Monday so don't call us back. Okay, we are from the back end team. Okay, thank you so much. Okay, if you are available, please pick up the call.…

firstly I never opened a scam case and secondly I have looked on my account and it says I made a complaint about 2FA. Which I didn't, I simply asked for help with access due to a number change.

can someone from Sky close this and stop calling me. I'm not calling you as last time I called both advisors were rude and were only interested in offering me a upgrade. And kept asking me how many devices I have and how many bedrooms etc.

I have not asked to raise a complaint and don't see why anyone thinks they needed to raise one on my behalf. Thanks.

It could be that for whatever reason this call was put down as a complaint.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
