Account in credit, refund

Hello, my account is in credit and I would like to request a refund. Can someone help me with this? Thanks

Can we ask what the credit is for? For example have you recently cancelled a subscription?

I paid an extra monthly payment on 21st December of £38 thinking it would stop the direct debit payment coming out on 2nd January but sky took the payment again. So my account is in credit of £38 and I could do with it back with it being January and all that.

As you have discovered you do not need to make manual payments as doing so will not stop a direct debit from being taken.

You will have to contact Sky about this so the number might be visible at the end of the help flow:
