Can someone from Sky help please
I have a mobile account - which is up to date, and has a vaild DD (last payment went on Sept 1st) yet the account says its resrtricted
Bot is about as useful as a trapdoor on a submarine
Customer service is over 40 mins !

The mobile use is restricted - i have full control of the account to view bills etc

The account is showing the next payment is due (for the normal amount) on Oct 1st via the same DD

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIn addition, when you are calling Sky and it says a 40 minute wait is it advising you to pay what you owe? Normally if services are restricted that's what you'd hear.

Hiya
Ive had to call on another phone as it says device not registered on network .... then when i go thru the automated response i type in the number associated with the account but all i get is a prompt to choose the music 🙂

Yes near enough - it says there are out of contract charges this month but i thik thats the picture messages that were sent - only 40p
Other than that yes normal monthly amount

If your account access was restricted we could get you some help on here but that's not the case.
If your mobile services are restricted it's due to a non payment so you may have to persevere on the alternative phone and see if you can get through to Sky
