Phone DPD failed because different address

I had a different address down on DPD changed it but they sent it back to sky I want to get it relieved

So is your address on your Sky account correct? If not you'll need to contact Sky to change it and discuss your order.

Sky and therefore DPD will only deliver to the address that was on the account at the time the order was placed.
