Pending

Paid my bill but payment says pending over few days now can anyone help? I don't want to be double charged again

Did you make a manual payment?  (There should be no need to do this)

Yes I did I was with sky broadband but moved to ee an was charged early termination fees which bounced as I did not recieve the fee from ee for joint them, so I made a manual payment off the bill not termination fees, ee eventually paid it this last bill and the normal monthly fee was both paid however few days now it still showing as pending in my bank account, but on the MySky app it shows the amount in credit there so I was confused as to wether sky recieved it

If your account is showing a credit then it seems you have overpaid?

 

If so, you'll have to call Sky to refund it.

Simple solutuon is to not be making any manual payments, you should be paying by direct debit or recurring card payment as per your agreement when you signed up to Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Its £274.25 for early broadband termination fees plus the normal £79.00 monthly bill i owed them, 

should not be in credit as i owed them that full amount sir
