Sky has decided to suspend my account because my payment has been pending for a few days?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI woud find it unlikely your account was suspended due to a pending payment, more like the bill itself wasn't paid on time. If you usually pay via a direct debit then a suspension would only start should a second attempt also fail if this is the second attempt then as it is pending I would say that it has failed at the present time.
