How long do payments take to reach account? I made a payment on the 17th June and still not saying it's paid.

Do you have a direct debit or monthly card payment in place? If so, manual payments are unnecessary and it's likely that your payment will show as a credit against your next bill.

I have a recurring card payment in place but didn't have enough in account so made a  manual payment from different card. Will I need to contact sky to explain this or will it just count as my payment?

Do you see a credit on your account against either this bill or next months ?

If you made a manual payment after your card payment would normally be taken, it's probably shown as a credit against your next bill, as I posted previously. Check your future bills to confirm. If that's the case, it won't count as payment against your current bill.
