I've paid my bill and put new card in
I'm trying to call customer service and it keeps saying we have asked you to call because you have no card details on file when I have. How can I contact sky

If you paid this today then you need to wait until the payment has been cleared which can take up to 24 hours. If you were more than 2 weeks late in making this payment you will need to pay the next bill as well before your services are restored.
