 I got an email that my sky transaction had been failed but according to my bank it's already gone though. Why I am getting such emails when I already done a payment.

If you bill is paid by a direct debit and it has been paid what does the MySky app show regarding this payment, does it say it has been received and that the total is £0.00 ?

 

Are you also sure this email was from Sky, so does it address you by your first name ?

Ignoring that email for a minute what does your bill on the MySky app show, does it also show that the payment has failed, you can also view it here:
