Payment

Why have I been charged twice in one month for my account,normal payment is early in month, I have now been charged again today (13th)

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. Expecting a reply within 1 minute of your first post is unrealistic.

 

We obviously can't see your bills. Do the bills cover the same subscription, for the same dates? 

Did your normal bill payment go through correctly and on time? Failed direct debits are attempted again 10 days later.
