Payment

I have bank statement showing I paid full amount but on sky mobile different amount so restriction on account why and how possible.  Have snap shot to showing this

A few questions:

 

Did you make a manual payment and if so when did you make this ?

If your mobile has been restricted due to a non payment as well as paying it have you now setup your payment method again ?

It was a direct debit tv package and mobile both come out 15th amount that left account is different to what sky bill says

How much was taken and what does your Sky bill say should have been taken ?

83.46 from bank

76.92 paid on sky account

Then says I owe 18.37

Very confusing as I made full payment and it says 0.00

OK here we go just login and now saying 0.00 

83.46 paid so nothing owed 

  • But says make miss payment I clicked on it now it says pay 0.00 obviously cannot pay zero

Are you making making manual payments as there shouldn't be any need to do this.
