Unable to sign into netflix, after changing it from spanish!
After switching my TV on tonight to watch netflix, it was in spanish, i worked out how to change it back to english and to change my password, thinking id been hacked. But now when i try and sign in, its asking me to sign up. i already have netflix through my sky package. ive been on the phone to netflix, they cant find my email address or phone number on file, they said to contact sky, ive been on chat to sky and the chat bot was useless. Do i need to call sky tomorrow, will they be any help?
Any ideas, cos im loosing the will,

That might be what has happened so I would try getting in touch with Netflix themselves:

I contacted netflix last night, they were unable to locate my account via email or phone number, ive contacted sky this morning, they are going to remove the netflix and re instate it, let's hope it works
