Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePlease explain a bit more like did you make a manual payment when there was no need to as Sky took it from your payment method. If this is the case do you see a credit on your account and if you do do you want this refunded ?

I pay by card manual. But for some reason they have taken a payment themselves from my card without me knowing. Sky said they have a card registered in my account without me knowing

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis might have happened because their terms and conditions state that you must have a monthly payment method setup so if you don't see a credit on your account then this bill has been paid as you can check it via the MySky app or online here:
https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk
Going forward you might not need to make manual payments as you have been doing as it appears Sky will take it automatically from your card each month.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou did say earlier you didn't make a manual payment so if you did then this can be refunded but only once you see a credit appear on your bill so once you see that post back here for help with this.
