I paid my broadband account on my mobile account this morning can you change it

I paid 167.00 on my sku mobile account this morning but it should be on my broadband tv account can you change it

In case you aren’t aware you’re not automatically contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are customers trying to help other customers.

 

You would have to call Sky. I don't think they can transfer it from one account to the other but see what they advise. You should have a continuous card payment or direct debit set up for both accounts as per the T's and C's. If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to then make a manual payment which causes issues like this.
