Payment

I need to pay a bill, which is now overdue because the payment page on my sky says that it is restricted. Doesn't matter which browser I use or accessing through the app and I can't find a number to call anywhere. Very frustrating!

What's the need to manually make the payment? You should have a direct debit or a payment card setup on your Sky account as per the T&Cs of the contract. Do you one one of these setup? Did you get notification that a payment failed? When is the scheduled payment date? (Note payments aren't taken/processed over weekends)
