I made two payments by mistake at same time and would like to get my money back

Do you see a credit on your account for the payment you made ?


Btw, if you have a payment method set up lke a credit or debit card or a direct debit then making payments like this isn't really a good idea.

Just something to note in regard to the above post. If you made the payments by card it may take a short while for it to reflect in your Sky Account through My Sky
