Payment

Hi I switched to EE in October and they payed my contract that I owed. I have just received a bill of £25 for my sky services which I have paid . Could you explain why I've got a bill when I've cancelled in October. ? And a £10 late payment fee for January?

What services did you 'switch'?  Only broadband and phone services can be switched using One Touch Switch.

 

If you had TV services then you may well still have TV services...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
