So I paid my bill on 13th and tonight sky have took £33 out when I've already paid and now made my sky account be in credit of £33 I want that money back it's disgusting

The automated payment was already requested when you made the (unnecessary) manual payment so could not be stopped.

 

It's not 'disgusting'.

 

You will need to call Sky to request a refund - it takes 3-5 working days.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It is not disgusting at all as the mistake here is yours as there is no need to make manual payments as Sky's terms and conditions do state that you need to have payment method setup on your account so they can take the payment automatically from you each month which is what they have done here.

 

As for your manual payment, all you have done it to put a credit on your account which you can either leave so this will be used to pay your bill or you can contact Sky and ask them to refund it to you which should take 5 working days to be back with you.

But it's your mistake as you made a unnecessary payment, so you can't say it's disgusting when your own actions have created this situation. 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
