You can make the payment from within your online account.

@Enzo4 Unfortunately if you are unable to pay an overdue there is a little an advisor  can do for you. 

If your bill is already overdue then trying to call Sky will direct you to paying the overdue bill before you can talk to an advisor. If your bill isn't yet overdue but due shortly an advisor still won't be able to help as Sky have an automated system that will restrict services if a bill is overdue.

 

If you  are paying off a credit agreement then you can get a payment holiday just for that component but note that does not apply to any bills for the subscription charges for your service.
