Hi. I see that a payment go form my account with sky, but im moving with another company, and i will want a refoumd because i will not use .ore the sky internet this month. Thanks

edit: I've found your other post and moved them together.

 

You will be charged up to, and including, the day you move your broadband to another provider. After that any overpayment you've made to Sky will be reimbursed which could take about 6 weeks providing you don't cancel your payment method. 

Once it's showing as a credit on your Sky account post back on this thread and we can help getting it back within 3-5 working days.
