Payment

I have just been charged £76 and I don't know why!!!!!

I usually pay one bill for £26 and one for £41. I haven't a clue what the amount of £76 is for. I can not afford that amount of money to be deducted from my account

You’re talking to fellow customers here not Sky Customer Services. We obviously have no access to your account/bills. Try comparing a previous bill to the latest one to establish what has changed… normally discounts have ended.
