Payment taken after cancellation

Hi, 

I cancelled my broadband with sky in august the broadband ended 30/8/23 I was told that there was no more payments to pay as pay a month in front but on the 14/09/23 I had £36.98 taken out of my account? Could you let me know if this payment will be put back into my account please.

If it is now showing on your account as a credit then we can arrange some help via here to get this refunded so do you see it now on your account as a credit and if so would you like to be contacted via here ?
