Hi @Anonymous   Even if it was available (not available for subscriptions) you cannot arrange that via the community. You would have to contact Sky.

Sky do NOT allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Sorry I meant arrangement for direct debit to be in place I've sorted it now though thanks
