Payment method change for Streaming TV unsuccessful

I am trying and failing to change my payment method from Card to Direct Debit for my Sky Stream product.

 

I have tried online and in the app but all attempts end in ..

 

Sorry, something has gone wrong.

You'll probably have to call Sky to change it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
