£50 voucher

When I signed up to broadband a few months ago I was told I would receive a £50 I still haven't received it ??

How did you sign up, did you do this directly via the Sky website or via a comparison website ?

It started through a comparison site but I ended up chatting to sky directly plus they sent a email saying I'm getting a £50 voucher

Does this email say about what you have to do if anything ?

It just says they will email me on how to redeem the voucher

I think all you can do is to contact Sky about this to see what they say.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
