I need to change my payment date back to the first they just increased it

Are you a new customer to Sky because if you are you can only change the payment date after you have paid your first two bills. To change it you can either do it via the MySky app or online here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-date

It's not clear what you've done. Changing the payment date does more than just move it - there's a prorata calculation of charges.

I don't believe you can change it again until it's been paid.
