Payment and balance

I have not paid my bill for months. No email nor bill was sent for my broadband usage. However, the balance is 0 euros for each month. Can you please help?

Are your services working ?

Are you logged into the correct Sky account and not perhaps an old one if you have left then returned to Sky ?
