Payment after cancelling

Hi I'm a bit confused as to why I've been charged when I informed you I'd be leaving over a month ago 

you've charged me this bill 

then on my future bill it says I'm in credit more than the original bill amount 

so why would you take the money to then owe it me it doesn't really make sense to me at all 

my bill abiut £43 and it says next month I'll be in credit of £51 and it will be deducted off my next bill.... but there won't be a next bill so I'm struggling to understand what exactlys going on

You are talking to Sky customers here only.

 

Even though you gave notice to leave billing continues as normal during this notice period so if your account has now been cancelled that credit can be refunded so on what date will have been your next billing date ?
