Paying twice for my bill

I used to pay £22 only for my bill now they are trying to take another £37.70 I am not sure what for

What do your Sky bills tell you the £37.70 is for and pay particular attention to the dates the two bills cover?

It may help if you post images of the two bills. Make sure any personal information such as the account number are blocked out otherwise the images will be rejected.
