2 Sky IDs

I discovered today that I cannot find my mobile account info because it is under a different Sky ID with a different login.  My husband has been using this ID and I have been using a different one and the account information for TV/Talk/Broadband is exactly the same but the mobile account only appears on the one he has been using.  Is there a way to get the other ID merged or to delete that ID without interfering with the account?

What happens if you logout and then login using the same Sky ID and password to that of the one your husband is using ?

Nothing, I get all the same information but with a different Sky ID.  Plus I can see our mobile account which I can't on the other one - which was why I was having the discussion with him that led to me finding this out.

 

It looks like the one I normally use is down as an authorised user on the other one but I don't want to risk anything by deleting it without being sure.

Then the solution is to use the same one that your husband is using if your mobile account is on it.
