Paying twice each month

Sky taking 2 payments each month by direct debit. Overpaid by £106 over 3 months. How do I fix this and get refunded

And how many months has this been happening for or is what has happened is that you have paid manually to close to your billing date so Sky have still taken it via a direct debit ?

The £106 can be used to pay a future bill or can be refunded so we can arrange that for you via here if you want ?

What services do you have as 2 DD's can be normal.

@caesarome thanks for your answer. I started my Sky in August at £53 per month. The 53 comes out around the 20th of each month but I have discovered today that £52 comes out around the 6th of each month aswell.

#pandJ2020 thanks for your reply.  I have a rolling contract for sky stream with a couple of add ons which comes to £53 per month. They have been taking an additional £52 a couple of weeks after the £53 each month since August.

Doesn't sound right - I was referring to mobile which is a separate payment.
