My friend is with sky and has been for the same amount of years as me, but is paying less! She pays £93.50 a month with everything the same but she's has broadband and I don't but I pay £95!

Discounts are offered on a number of factors. The more services (and add-ons ) you take out with Sky, generally the better the discounts you can get. Longevity of being a Sky customer doesn't really affect anything, although you may get one or 2 pounds a month more discount based on that. Discounts offered also can differ day-to-day so there is likely a factor of Sky interal renewal/sales targets that come into affect as well.
