Paying outstanding amount

Moved house in June had o/s amount of £39.33 tried to pay month later

Wouldn't let me pay 

now have a debit Co messaging etc 

Have rung sky numerous times they have no details 

what do I do sky now say I don't owe anything 

can't bring my account up even know been with them 19 years 

not sure if debit com legit 

any help please

@tan86448 If you have a collections company messaging you then you need to speak to them, they will be able to tell you what the debt is for, if it is something you owe Sky then you pay the collections company to clear the debt.
