Paying off bill very late
Hello all, I've been trying to find somewhere to contact sky about this but I just keep looping back through their FAQ links without finding anything I need.
I unfortunately have not been able to pay my previous bills for some time due to unforseen circumstances, and I only get money in in September, I will be able to pay everything off in it's entirety in September but I want to inform Sky themselves of that fact, hoping that it is OK to do so (I don't have much choice in the matter) and if I can be redirected to wherever to inform Sky of this. Thank you!

Even if you were to inform Sky of your circumstances there is nothing they can do as the billing is an automated process. So if a bill isn't paid then the services will be restricted until it had been and if it is 56 days late or more and it still has not been paid then the account could be closed,
