Paying off Phone and Macbook Agreements

I'm in a position where I can pay off my agreements early which i was looking to do. 
I access the required agreement to pay off and click on make a payment and it displays a page that say page not foound or something along those lines.

Any ideas?

@Middy89 If its showing that error then you will have to call Sky and make the payment over the phone.
