Paying my bill

I can not afford to pay my bill, but have been restricted. Can someone please help me? I'm also autistic and don't have a clue what I'm doing thank you in advance

@Lauren191212 if your service has been restricted because you have not paid the bill there is nothing forum members or Sky staff can do until you have cleared the arrears and set up a regular monthly payment system like a Direct Debit. If you call Sky once the system recognises your account you will be routed to the payment system. Staff cannot over ride this.

Sky do not accept payment plans for ongoing services. Remember payments take a working few days to clear the banking system so services are not restored immeadiatly.
