Paying for sky but still not set up?

I bought a sky package and still not connected a month later ?!!

You shouldn't be paying for your services yet until it has been installed so what have you ordered ?

Did you purchase Sky Glass and/or Sky Stream?

 

If so these would be activated automatically and billing would commence within 14 days from delivery,  You the customer would need to set these up, in case you are waiting for installation.

 

 

If you're referring to another service you'd need to explain what setup you're waiting for.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
