I cannot access my bills online

Whenever I log into the My Sky app to view my bill it tells me the page is restricted. As it does when I look up 'My Products'. I need a copy of a bill as proof of my address for legal purposes.

I can not access my phone bills on line it's telling me it is not working

Have you tried using the MySky app on your mobile and if so what is the error message ?
