Paying by direct debit

I have Sky TV and broadband with you and keep getting messages to say I haven't paid the bill. It seems like there may be a problem with my direct debits. I would like the bills to be paid on 25th of every month by direct debit from the same account

@Sdbegam You can change the date yourself using the relevant section on the link below, note changes may not take affect until the follow month

As you can view your bill via the MySky app or this link does it show as being paid:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

 

Are you sure these messages are from Sky, do they address you by your first name for example.

 

You can change your billing date via the MySky app or online via the link above but if this bill hasn't been taken for whatever reason you might not be able to.
