Paying Twice
Good Morning
i took out the new contract with you in the name of Mr M Heaney in May 2025 in the Sky shop in Bluewater, I was told the direct debit of £88 for the old contract in the name of Mrs N Heaney paid from my bank account would be cancelled, this does seem to be the case and I've been paying twice.
i trust this is in order and look forward to the cancellation of the direct debit and the refund of £88 x 6.
Best regards
Mark Heaney

Hi @MarkHeaney1 Once you have rectified your accounts at Sky, you use your bank to enforce the direct debit guarantee.
