Paying Due To Services Restricted

I paid my outstanding amount by card on 29th March due to mobile phone service restricted & was switched back on immediately but I have now noticed that Sky Mobile are going to take exactly the same amount by direct debit on Wed 12th April, why are they doing this???

No because it's exactly the same amount as what was outstanding & alot more than my monthly amount
